Our Hiring Process
At Rosboro we have a multi-stage comprehensive interview and selection process that was designed to assist us in selecting outstanding individuals who fit our company culture and goals for the future.
Interview Process
All applicants will be reviewed by the hiring manager and interview committee. If your skills, abilities, and experience align with the position, you may be contacted to schedule a telephone or in person interview.
The interview, which can include a tour, will allow you to get a snapshot of Rosboro and our culture. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have. The interview process is a mutual assessment to determine if a partnership would be beneficial for both parties.
If you are not chosen for an interview, you will receive an email letter informing you that you were not selected to move forward in the selection process. Pre-Employment Screening
Upon a conditional offer of employment, we conduct a drug screen and background check to help us maintain a safe and secure environment for all our employees.
Orientation & Onboarding
Upon completing the screening process, all new employees must attend a scheduled New-Hire Orientation. During the session, you’ll review and sign off on all onboarding paperwork, including company procedures and safety policies.
