Market Development Manager - Oregon, Idaho, Nevada & Texas

Since 1984, Jeff has been involved in Engineered Wood Product design, production management, new plant development, and technical support/sales in the I-Joist, LVL, and Glulam product lines. He started his career with TimJoist and has worked for TMI Structural Systems, Willamette Industries, Weyerhaeuser (TrusJoist), and Cascade Structural laminators. Jeff helps engineers design with glulam and provides training and support for dealers and builders. In his spare time, Jeff likes to jet ski and drive his dune buggy.
John Niedzwiecki

Market Development Manager - Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming & New Mexico

John brings a common sense approach to business development for Rosboro. That approach was shaped through field construction between the late 1980’s and mid 1990’s. It was enhanced through his experience selling and supporting software, designed to automate the gravity load development and product selection process, in the late 1990’s. He represented Trus Joist as a Technical Representative in the early to mid-2000’s. John is a graduate of Marist College. He is married and the father of two and resides in the Denver, CO area. John is an avid skier, mountain biker and fly fisherman.

Market Development Manager - Washington

Since 1986, Kristin has been involved in Engineered Wood Product design, production management, and technical support/sales in the I-Joise, LVL, and Glulam product lines. She started her career with Trinity Lams in New Jersey and joined Boise Cascade in 1991 where she did drafting, sales, and product management for 25 years. Kristin helps engineers design with glulam and provides training and support for her dealers and builders. In her spare time, Kristin and her family raise a herd of Maine Anjou cattle and raise and show Greater Swiss Mountain dogs.

Brandon is an experienced business-to-business sales and account manager across multiple industries. He has a degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science. Brandon enjoys camping, hiking, and most anything outdoors with his family.

Daniel has a background in Industrial Sales and Production Planing and a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Oregon. In his free time Daniel enjoys reading, paddle boarding, and watching sports.

Kan has worked in the sales department of Western Structures for over 20 years and is the primary point of contact for all custom glulam sales inquiries. He has a wealth of industry knowledge, developed during his 30+ year career working in every aspect of the glulam business from production to sales. Kan enjoys traveling with his family to warm sunny locations, playing some golf and attending car shows and cruises with his classic car.

Georgia has an extensive background in customer service, and joined Rosboro in 2005. She is the primary customer service contact for our wholesale customers, communicating with them regarding order confirmations, order status, and other critical details. Georgia enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Sales Manager

Michael joined Rosboro in 1991 and has more than 35 years’ experience in forest product industry. Michael’s responsibilities include Residuals Manager, Dimension Mill Sales Coordinator and Lam Stock Sales and Purchasing. He also assists with stud sales, as well as RMT (glulam). Michael loves the Pacific Northwest and all it offers- golf, biking and camping in the summer, skiing in the winter. He enjoys spending time in their backyard, BBQ and time with family and friends.

Raegan is an industry veteran with a career focused on developing and servicing customers. She covers the entire line of Rosboro lumber products.  Prior to joining Rosboro in 2018, she held numerous sales and customer service positions at Roseburg Forest Products. In her free time Raegan likes to spend as much time as possible with her family.

Lisa has spent her entire career in shipping and logistics. Prior to joining Rosboro, she managed transportation for Roseburg Forest Products, Organically Grown Company, and a number of other businesses. Lisa has three adult children and enjoys camping, hauling her trailer to the dunes, and auto races.
